Supabase Is Pricing-Lock Authority

Pricing-lock eligibility is controlled by Karpilo LoadIQ's Supabase reservation and entitlement records. Stripe coupons, app-store products, frontend text, emails, or screenshots do not override the server-side authority.

Public Karpilo LoadIQ commercial pricing is displayed as Silver at $19.99/month or $199/year, Gold at $39.99/month or $399/year, Platinum at $69.99/month or $699/year, and Pro at $149.99/month or $1499/year plus $10.00/month per additional truck. Enrollment discount monthly pricing is displayed as Silver at $14.99/month, Gold at $24.99/month, Platinum at $49.99/month, and Pro at $99.99/month for eligible approved users in Pilot Access, Launch Phase 1, or Launch Phase 2. Checkout availability, pricing-lock eligibility, selected commercial tier, and billing provider availability remain controlled by server-side reservation, entitlement, and launch-readiness records.

Pricing-lock eligibility applies only to the qualifying account, purchased entitlement scope, applicable subscription class, and current Karpilo LoadIQ product family. Future enterprise licensing, Karpilo FleetOS capabilities, team accounts, APIs, or separately licensed modules may require separate pricing and terms.

Eligibility Conditions

A pricing lock remains available only while the qualifying account remains active, in good standing, and compliant with applicable terms, billing requirements, and platform rules.

Pricing-lock eligibility may be lost after cancellation, account deletion, transfer attempts, unresolved payment failure, chargeback misuse, fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

Billing Provider Limits

Different billing platforms may have different technical pricing, tax, renewal, cancellation, and refund behavior. Karpilo LoadIQ preserves the internal entitlement classification separately from the provider's billing mechanics where possible.
